Payment Information

• I only accept payment through PayPal for commissions. No checks or cash will be accepted for services. This is to ensure the protection of both parties.
• I require a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the commission cost before we start the creation process. This is to cover a portion of materials and time spent when beginning your request. 
• The remaining 50% cost will be due after the commission is completed. Finished item will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared.  
• The client/customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Kindred Whispers LLC uses USPS Flat Rate shipping services when shipping in the U.S.
• Prices are non-negotiable upon agreement. 
• Pricing details are provided upon commission agreement.
• You will receive an invoice from me through Paypal.
• All of the information that the client/customers provide is kept strictly confidential.

Policy 

• Kindred Whispers LLC retains copyrights on all images, processes, and finished pieces at all times. This is to protect from fraud and duplication of the artist's hard work.
• Rude behavior or unreasonable requests during communication between clients/customers and artist are not tolerated.
• Please keep in mind, Kindred Whispers LLC is subject to decline any commission upon discussion with the client. 
• If for any reason our process or agreement is terminated. I will open discussion for a resolve of the matter. 
• I take my work seriously and I will provide you with the best services possible. 
• If you need to cancel your service please contact me as soon as possible. 
• Commissions are limited to the number of clients/customers during openings. However, save your request for the next opening period.
• The commission status will be updated to indicate when the services are opened or closed. 
• I do not accept returns on commission requests. However, I will work with you to handle the issue. 

Guidelines

• I will not replicate copyright works from other artists or organizations.
• I will, however, create an unique version of the work that inspires your request.
• If you have any original designs or ideas I will be happy to work with you on the details you desire. Your idea will stay yours.
• Every piece that is created will be in the artist's style and skill set.
• Please be reasonable during the creation process.
• Clients /customers will be sent frequent work in progress photos during the creation process.
• Clients/customers are allowed one revision on the style and design of the work. 
• Once you choose the color options desired for your piece you will not be able to change it later. Take time to consider what you want your options to be. 
• Please allow 3-7 days for completion. Active communication is key!
• Check out the status above and on social media to see when I will be either open or closed for commission services. I still welcome requests in either case, so please feel free to contact me. 
• Price of commission will be provided upon request and agreement.
